It's been more than 2 weeks, and less than 3.
Thus ends the great sideburns experiment of 2005. Better luck next year.

Hmm. The first time I grew sideburns, Riley Savage told me to "keep waiting" over and over. it took almost 6 weeks before they looked real. I would suggest more patience next year :)
Six weeks is saintlike patience. I have to quit now. My fear of failure compels me. Maybe I'll try again in about 30 years when I can grow cool grey sideburns.
While my sideburns are a little more defined that Aaron's, I do have an interesting "bald spot" between the top of my sideburn and the bottom of my hairline (essentially in the area where one's eyeglasses would rest on your ear). This bald spot is about 1/2 inch long. You might imagine how goofy it looks to have a big gap between the hair on your head and the hair on your face!
