Scrubs is one of our favorite shows, and we spit out our ice cream when this scene happened.

Yes! I thought the same thing (and spat out my berry burst cheerios) when I saw this.
For me, I was *attempting to* bust these moves out in a 6th grade circle with my other geeky friends. mostly just jumping up and down repeatedly moving feet (East & West) then (North & South). There was one really cool guy at the dance we all copied. Once I was cool enough for him to come over and jump on my trampoline. Just once.
